With the pandemic receding, our gatherings will have varying precautions. We want you to have the best sense of community while honoring others and protecting those who are immunocompromised. Click on the gathering below to see our direction and all details.
Community Groups
Our community groups (COM groups) can move forward with thoughtfulness and flexibility according to their comfort level. We’ve been given the freedom to meet in groups made of multiple households while being thoughtful to symptoms. Click here if you would like to be connected to a community group.
DNA Groups
Smaller DNA groups (2-3 people) can meet anytime with thoughtfulness to those connecting. There is nothing hindering these from growing and doing well and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of them. To be connected to a DNA group, first find a community group (see above) or let us know here.
Sunday Gathering
- We are continuing to meet and worship together in person every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.
-In an effort to minister well to those who are immunocompromised, in quarantine, or ill, we are currently still livestreaming our 10:30 a.m. service.
- Legacy is fortunate to be able to meet in an incredibly spacious facility. This has given us a unique ability to continue being "socially distant" but remain "physically present" with one another throughout each stage of the pandemic. If this is a concern of yours, please know that the enormity of our sanctuary will provide sufficient space for most comfort levels of in-person worship.
-We celebrate communion weekly. We are currently providing pre-packaged communion cups and wafers to maintain this core element of our worship, while keeping it sanitary for all. You will find these on a table as you walk into the sanctuary.
-In our time together, you are invited to partake in worship in several forms: a liturgical call to worship, Gospel-centered teaching of the Bible, communion, and singing.
- Legacy is a pretty casual church. But we desire for you to come as you are! Whether you are most comfortable in your "Sunday best" or your favorite pair of jeans, we invite you to just come. There is no dress code.
Sermon Stream
We'll continue the live sermon stream for those who are at risk and for those who are uncomfortable returning at this time. Our sermon will either be live or premier at 10:30 AM on Sundays as usual. We’re going to take care of you.
